Pictured above, Kelly Kotner-Jones proudly displays the 10 year anniversary watch she received at our recent quarterly meeting. While many of our staff came to us via a referral, Kelly happened upon a craigslist ad for a customer service rep and that’s how the story began. After excelling in customer service, Kelly took on the additional responsibility of supporting a couple of sales reps and eventually morphed full time into a sales support role. Due to the great response we received from both customers and staff, all praising her outstanding service, Kelly was then promoted to handling all of our inside sales. As her sales grew Kelly branched out and for the past three years has managed a sizable territory, continuing to provide the exemplary service that she has become known for. We are happy to have Kelly on our team and look forward to her continued contributions to our company for many years to come. Thanks Kelly for all you do!
