Typical of the vast majority of our staff, Amber Buyson came to Custom Logos via a referral back in April of 2000. A San Diego native and one of 6 sisters, Amber was only 19 years old when she started here as our receptionist. Eager to learn and move up she was soon working in customer service, eventually rising to the position of customer service manager over the next few years, during which time she hired and then worked alongside her twin sister Brandy. When the opportunity to work with the salesforce came about Amber took on sales support responsibilities for our top rep at the time, managing over $1 million in sales while still overseeing customer service. As her sales responsibilities continued to expand, Amber left customer service and focused on working with our top 4 reps, helping them to manage close to $5 million in annual sales. Fast forward 15 years, and Amber is now working full time in the position of business development, managing one of our largest volume sales territories and working directly with many of the same clients she has assisted over the years. The posterchild for being promoted from within, we are very proud of Amber’s many accomplishments over the past 18 years and look forward to her continued success in the years to come.
