Prince Rogers Nelson; June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016

 
A musical innovator who was not afraid of controversy, Prince sold more than 100 million records spanning a lengthy career that began in the late 70’s. A seven time Grammy winner, Prince’s music had no boundaries, crossing and mixing many genres including funk, rock, R&B and pop music. Prince’s music had an immediate and lasting influence on many of our lifetimes, and we are all sad to learn of his passing. May he rest in peace.
