Pictured above, Melissa De La Rosa proudly displays the 10 year anniversary watch she received at our recent quarterly meeting. The Omega Seamaster Professional watches are given to all employees with 10 years of service and are currently worn by over 25% of our staff. The vast majority of Custom Logos employees came to us via referral and Melissa is no exception. Referred to us by an existing staff member, Melissa has worked at Custom Logos on and off for the past 15 years, taking time off over the years to attend to the needs of her growing brood of 5 kids. Melissa has always embodied the concept of “whatever it takes” during her tenure here, working in various capacities in both of our production departments. She is currently heading up our finishing and packaging department, insuring that all orders go out exactly as requested and maintaining our high standards of quality control in the process. We are happy to have Melissa on our team and look forward to her continual contributions to our company for many more years to come. Thanks Melissa for all you do!
