With our average staff member having been at Custom Logos for almost 10 years we have always considered ourselves one big happy family. As cliché as it may sound, it really is the truth. Our staff spends the day together working and very often are together on the nights and weekends socializing and enjoying each other’s families. As our business has grown over the past 21 years so have those families. Last week was a telling example of this. While VP of Sales Darren Golden and his wife Ladonna welcomed their second child to the world, CEO Jeff Golumbuk and his wife Ann watched as their oldest daughter Morgan departed the nest to attend the University of Miami.
